Etlyn Chase is led by Charlie Hempsall.

The firm’s approach has been shaped by years of working alongside food and beverage manufacturers through periods of growth, change and operational pressure. This experience informs a practical, considered way of working that prioritises clarity, context and long-term impact.

Rather than starting with predefined solutions, each engagement begins with understanding the organisation, its objectives and what progress looks like in practice. This ensures that strategy, hiring and development decisions are shaped by the needs of the business, not assumptions or generic models.
